All our available homes have a certain standard, and all homes have own fitted kitchens and bathrooms.

When our schedule allows, we offer to pick you up at your hotel, as well as dropping you off, after showing you potential properties. Living prepares the lease agreement and your deposit and first months rent will not be transferred to the owner until the day after you have taken over the property. Most of our owners only claim 3 months deposit and first months rent upon signing the agreement. Living offers – on payment - to prepare a move-in inspection report with image documentation.
